Our highly acclaimed restaurant sits high above the Gunyulgup valley with sweeping vineyard and valley views and ocean glimpses. Our Executive Miki Hito Nagai and his dynamic team have created a sumptuous menu we classify as Modern Australian with a Japanese/French infusion. With no limitations our team of chefs are inspired to create dishes which are defined by the freshest produce and innovative cooking techniques which when combined, create a style that is Wills Domain.
Our unique style is further reinforced by our service with attentive wait staff offering a truly world class experience. Restaurant Manager, Lance Eerhard invites you to indulge your senses and delve into a truly divine food and wine experience.
We have a range of styles including À la carte, shared platters and set menu’s to inspire your palate to new heights. We also have a range of indulgent desserts and Vittoria coffee, leaf teas and daily cakes for morning tea or to complete your meal. Our restaurant accommodates children with a playground area and our kitchen also offer a kids menu for the little ones.

Opening Times
We are open 7 days a week (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday).
- 10am – 5pm for tastings, coffee and cake
- 12pm – 3pm for lunch
