Our 2001 Cabernet shows deep red, purple tones with its condition being excellent, clear and bright. The bouquet is clean, showing true Margaret River intensity and purity of fruit with excellent balance
between fruit weight and oak extraction. Flavour profiles are long, indicating well grown and managed fruit. The quality and application of French oak is a particular highlight. Overall, the 2001 Cabernet shows very good structure with a developing complexity adding further dimension to the wine given careful cellaring over the next 3 years.
